Laila is one of two founders of the monthly Day Care parties, held at the Hasti Bala rooftop bar on top of the Carlton Club. They’re relaxed, child-friendly affairs on Sunday afternoons—with a customary “deluxe BBQ situation”. The parties are all about sharing good music and being able to play the records people love but mightn’t be able to play in a strict dancefloor environment. Laila’s sets are always a highlight, and she’ll be bringing the Day Care spirit to MPavilion this Sunday.
