Wake and walk to the sound of plants in an early-morning stroll with Dylan Martorell of Slow Art Collective. Martorell will perform using mobile battery- and solar-powered sound systems while participants enjoy the garden surrounds of MPavilion. The music played will be derived from graphic scores based on the structures of plants—creating a live illustration of Martorell’s creative process. Participants joining this session will be invited to walk and collect plant materials during the performance, and everything collected will be included in the Slow Art Collective installation Leaf House Music—on show at MPavilion concurrently.
