Flour Market is a seasonal bake sale and showcase for Melbourne’s (and, in 2014 for the first time, Sydney’s) specialty baking community. Sweet-tooths get to meet and learn from emerging, artisan and underground bakers—and then eat the baked fruits of their labour. At markets past, stallholders have included All Day Donuts, Cobb Lane, Sticky Fingers Bakery, Lune Croissanterie, Bakewell & Co and Everyday Coffee, offering everything from specialty breads and bagels to pastries, meringues, donuts—and, of course, plenty of excellent coffee.
